We began operating in 1989 to serve the temporary lodging needs of those coming into the area, active duty and civilian alike, in support of the newly activated Fort Drum Army installation. Since then we have been an ever present small business serving the lodging needs of travelers to our region whether for work or for play. Our Veteran Owned motel provides affordable temporary lodging to budget conscious travelers.
Gleason’s Motel is ideally situated along one of Northern New York’s major thoroughfares. Located just minutes away from Fort Drum, and centered between two major urban centers, travelers for work will find our location especially accommodative. Those escaping to the North Country to embark on outdoor adventure will find us to be an ideal launching point to the Adirondack, Thousand Islands, and Tug Hill Recreational Centers. For our Canadian quests we are nearly 30 minutes from the border and close to duty free shopping centers.
